Thermo-Spot Technology: Easy Cooking Accuracy

On the surface of every Tefal frying pan, you’ll find a Thermo-Spot heat indicator. Before heating your pan, this spot has a visible pattern; as the pan heats up, the pattern disappears and turns solid red. As soon as this happens, you know your pan has reached the ideal temperature to start cooking ÿ between 180??C and 200??C.
