Can I reach the top speed 32 mph and get the beat range when I ride?

Our data was measured under ideal conditions (75kg weight, 25km/h speed, on flat road). Some factors could affect your speed and range, such as rider’s weight, terrain, wind resistance, temperature, speed, and brake mode.

Why there has air bubble under the grip tape?

Don’t be worry, it is normal because our griptape has added a 2mm EVA shock-absorb layer. You can use a needle and lightly poke a small hole, it will be restore flatness. We will also solve this problem as soon as possible.

Can the function key be used to view real-time voltage, current, mileage, and other information?

Consider the safety hazards posed by beginner checking data while gliding, we have not enabled this feature. We will remove this instruction from the next batch of manuals. Please understand our consideration for the safety of beginners.
